The challenge below has expired. I apologize I wasn't able to post results before DUC closed its doors. I know I dropped the ball on that, and I wish I could go back and change it, but I was in the process of listing my house for sale and looking for a new home, so I simply did not have the time. This is a great regret, as there were so many fabulous entries and this challenge was also one I'd wanted to host for a long time. My apologies, divas.
As DUC has closed and I have not been on the new fashion game yet, there are no plans for further challenges. It was great while it lasted, divas. I will miss your fabulous creativity, as well as your friendships!

Ever
wonder how classic Disney characters would look if the movie was set in the
present? Let’s find out! Choose a human/humanoid character from a Disney
HAND-ANIMATED movie (movie examples: Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan,
Hercules, etc.) & follow rules below.

Description: Maleficent is still in black/purple, but a curve-hugging mini dress & flaring train replaces a bulky cloak. She sports a tan instead of a pale green complexion, and she’s taken on a rocker edge shown through sharp cuffs, an edgy neckline, silver studs and a wide zipper to make a dramatic stripe. To finish her modern look, her staff with her crow Diablo atop is no longer gold, as silver/platinum is in fashion now!
